Rates (for one or two person occupancy)

• Nightly Rate: $99 US funds (plus 8.8% State tax)
• Weekly Rate: Stay 6 nights and get your 7th night Free!
  
       
  Advance reservations guaranteed with deposit. Deposit is equal to one night's lodging, or one-half of total booking, whichever is greater. Balance is payable at checkin time.
  
  Cancellation policy: 7 day advance notice required for full refund of deposit. Less than 7 days notice equals 50% refund of deposit. Less than 24 hours notice -- forfeit your deposit.
